I am taking a sea kayaking trip where I plan to troll behind my kayak. I will be going between 3 and 10 mph, so trolling seems easy enough to do while I go. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could catch via this method? How should I go about this?
I probably will not be able to fish in any way with live bait.
I am probably simply going to troll with a topwater torpedo (silver). I have a simple spinner after that. I couldn’t get a hold of that type of jig, but thanks for your help.
You might catch cold and any and all fish in the water, I would use a white deer hair jig 1/43 to 1/2 ounces try and find one with red thread at base of head.
