I am an avid fisherman and am looking for a new spot. I have some great ones already but am looking for something hard to reach. I always catch and release and will leave the area better than it was when I got there. I would be willing to give up a spot myself for the best answer. I dont mind hiking into the woods or having to kayak there, actually prefer it. just looking for a different spot. Sick of catching the same fish. Maybe you know a spot nobody goes to or really hard to get to, or in your Grandmothers woods behind the hose? Open to all suggestions.
I will give you a tip that I give to nearly everyone…go onto Google Earth and type in your address…from here look at local water establishments that are hidden Ex: Small ponds behind business buildings, hidden lakes in the woods, maybe a back alley way to an overfished area where the fishing is much better due to lack of fishing pressure. I have found 3 great spots that have caught me some massive bass through Google Earth. Look for areas that are behind buildings, through the woods, maybe a local lake establishment that people do not have local access to. Best of luck to you but there is a nearly untouched body of water out there waiting for you.
