Kayak good for getting past waves and fishing.?

I am looking for a good kayak for me to get both past ocean waves to drop my shark bait but also occasionally fishing the ocean from it. I was also thinking of fishing in the rivers from it and maybe riding in it waves. Fishing is my top priority for this and budget is limited. I’m in good shape but new to kayaks.
Also I was wondering were it would be best to buy one, possibly used. I would like a rod holder but heard it can be added on and was wondering how and how much?

I appreciate any help even if the full question isn’t answered.

What is a good fishing kayak for someone that is 6’5? Also are there any tandem fishing kayaks?

The places I would like to try and do some ocean fishing in the Volusia county, Florida area where the waves aren’t really that bad from what i hear. Also, something that wouldn’t be too much of a hassle if I would go by myself as well. I am new to the whole thing and any incite would be greatly appreciated. I plan on catch and release if that matters at all. The more basic the model ( i.e. cheaper) would be nice. Maybe something I can upgrade down the road as well if I get into it more.
I dont plan on going far out into ocean just to clarify most likely in the delta. Also I am set on kayak not canoe just for the fact easier to transport on top of my car, as well as easier for me to do solo.

can i use any kayak in the surf to drop my fishing line?

I dont know much about the whole kayak thing… can i use any kayak? are there certain types just for waves? is it better when its smaller or bigger? any help would be nice… thanks
