I’d suggest a resort in Hot Springs called Catherine’s Landing…sounds right up your alley for what you’re looking for. It’s an outdoor resort on Lake Catherine, very beautiful, just opened in April. Very reasonably priced for what all is included. They’ve got bike rentals and trails, as well as boat, kayak, canoe rentals. Close to other Hot Springs attractions but you probably won’t even want to leave the resort.
