Any suggestions on parks and campgrounds in Ark for a family weekend camping? We are tent campers and looking for fishing, kayaking, swimming, bike riding (off road), hiking. There is a lot to do, but what is your favorite?
It really depends on which area of the state you want to be in. I lived in West Memphis and did a lot of camping in the state parks. Some of our favorites are Village Creek, Devil’s Den, and Lake Catherine State Parks. Check on http://www.arkansasstateparks.com for parks in the area you want to visit. Not all parks have camping facilities.
