Kayak fishing in my trusty Hobie Adventure Island (using only the hull as a kayak) I went out at Woody Head chasing some of the longtail tuna I caught there a couple of days before. I didn’t find them, but in their place were tailor and frigate tuna

Turtle, snapper & tuna encounters from a kayak

While kayak fishing for snapper on a calm day at Woody Head (Nth NSW, Australia) I managed to get up close and personal with a few big turtles, and chanced upon a big school of uncooperative tuna. Also caught a couple of snapper, II kept for the table.
