   We have two of the Pungo 120’s. They work great on the lake.

   Any kayak at least four meters long will answer your requirements. As a practical matter a canoe may be a better choice. The canoe can be very stable platform to fish from. They are easier to paddle and you can move about in them. Kayaks were conceived to operate in rough waters.
