I am thinking about buying a Kayak and would like to know if it is worth it, if there are many places to take it out in Orange County (So Cal.). Mainly looking for low key spots with not much traffic… somewhere I can get a good paddle in and maybe go fishing too. Also do you have to register a kayak like a boat and are life jackets required?
