Where is the best NON-MOTORIZED lake for kayaking/fishing/camping in Oregon?

Our family only has kayaks, so we are hoping to find a lake that doesn’t allow boats, but has very good spots to fish and catch trout and possibly steelhead. We would also like there to be a nice, clean campground.

Are you sure that you mean a “non-motorized lake “, or do you mean an ordinary, every-day lake where motors are not permitted ?

all lakes allow boats. Just, there are a lot that do not allow motors.

Lake Estacada in the E. Portland area.
Blue Lake off Hwy 20 in the Cascades
Waldo Lake off Hwy 58 east of Eugene.

Your mountain lakes are going to be not motorized more often than any other lakes. Depends on what part of Oregon you want to go. I would take a look at the Oregon Regualtions as well.
