The tarpon 140 by wilderness systems, and the prowler 13 by ocean kayak are very good kayak for general fishing, the both are fairly fast kayaks but are still easy to turn. If you are going to be doing a lot of small water fishing the tarpon 120 might be better because it will fit into tight places easier and is easier to turn, which would be better for creeks
