Any place that we can fish in the area without a boat or kayak. Plus I have medium action rods so I dont want to hook onto a tarpon. Any good spots? Thanks.

Which is the best Kayak?
I am in the process of losing 100 pounds. As a reward at 50 pounds lost I am going to buy a fishing Kayak. I’ll still be a big guy at -50 lbs so I am sold on the Wilderness System Kayaks. Only question is the Ride 135 or Tarpon better. They are about the same price (expensive) but I only want to make this purchase once. Which is better and what’s the difference between the two?
How can I mount a Lowrance X-65 onto my Wilderness Systems Tarpon 160 kayak?
I have just recently gotten a Lowrance X-65 fish finder from a friend. I would like to mount it and use it on my kayak. I need a transducer as well as a power cable. How should I approach this problem? Do I have to drill a hole through my kayak for a transducer?
